FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
WordPress Login Data of your Website or add me as a new "User" (Administrator), then send me the login data. If you are not sure or don't know how to send it, I will guide you and help you. I may also need access to your Hosting and Domain provider. Also, a list of changes you want me to make
Why do I need to Maintain a website?
Maintaining a website demands daily attention. This involves regular updates, security checks, backups, troubleshooting, and changing/updating content. Outsourcing can be a wise choice if time or expertise is lacking. Remember, neglecting maintenance can lead to costly consequences in the long run.
What if I'm not satisfied with your work?
I believe that will not happen, but if it does, in this case, I request that you take the time to send me a list of the things you are not happy about so that I can fulfill your vision. If after some time and changes, you're still not satisfied, I won't mind giving you a refund for that month.
How is the 1x Big Change calculated and used?
1x Big Change can be used at a given moment for whatever you want in a certain amount (example: you want to change 30 product prices, change the text of 3 Blogs, add new products, change information on the site, insert new images, text...) All of this can be 1x Big Change and after that, it is used.
What DO the content updates include?
Edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, adding a new landing page, formatting landing pages, changing images or text, or adding coupon codes.
What is NOT included in the content updates?
Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creation of content, or building out a new website or subdomain. Also changing the entire structure of the site and everything on it, because this is a website redesign.
I need daily changes, do you do that?
Of course. I also make daily changes and add content to the Site. Just contact me, explain exactly what you want and I will send you a custom offer.
Do you maintain a site with special features? (Booking, Blog, Stores...)
Of course. I maintain websites with special features and Stores with products and do everything necessary around them (changing/adding products, categories, filtering, changing prices, adding discounts, creating promo codes...). Just contact me, explain exactly what you want and I can start.
What platforms do you support?
At the moment my focus is on providing the best care for WordPress / WooCommerce websites. Unfortunately, if your website is built with Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or any other non-WordPress platform I am not able to assist.
