I am not only a professional writer, I have a master's degree in theater (directing). I have taught both acting and creative writing and had the good fortune of working for 35+ years in the nonprofit world, where I've made many speeches and presentations of my own. I know how to turn the emotion behind what you do (and/or want to speak about) into something memorable.
Writing is all about telling a story your audience can relate to and engage with. I will work with you to understand your particular goals, venue, audience, and message to deliver the right piece, in the right voice.
With my background in theater, I can also offer tips and/or training in public speaking.
It's important to message me in advance to give me the particulars so that I can evaluate the project and make sure it's a good fit for my talents.

No. Not at all. Inspirational means to engage and motivate the reader to find their better selves, do good work in the community, and/or help others.
Can you incorporate my ideas into the speech?
Absolutely. In fact, I want to know what your ideas are BEFORE I begin. Oftentimes, people already have specific points they want to make. It's important that I know that from the beginning.
Can you research the topic for me?
I prefer to talk with you in advance if you need me to do research to make sure I feel I can deliver what you want. Adding research to the gig is an additional cost. Please see the gig. Thanks.
