What do you need from the client?
Please provide your logo and images in .PSD, .AI, or .EPS format if possible. If not, make sure your .JPG or .PNG files are in high resolution. Better source files = better final design!
What is my role as a customer in the timeline?
To stay within the 3, 5, or 7-day window, I need a clear brief and all assets (text and images) at the start. Quick feedback on drafts also helps me deliver your project on time or even earlier!
Is Sound Design included in the price?
Professional sound design is available as a Gig Extra. Cinematic visuals deserve high-end audio. If your screen supports sound, I highly recommend adding this option for maximum customer engagement.
Can you deliver videos for both horizontal TVs and vertical displays?
Absolutely. I can deliver in 16:9 (Landscape) for standard TVs or 9:16 (Portrait) for vertical signage and social media. Just specify your display orientation when placing the order.
