Which Revit version do you use?
The models are developed in Revit 2023. If you need the models in any other version, please let me know it first.
How many models will you develop for me?
The prices stated in each package are per Revit family. That is, if you want me to develop 3 models in a certain package, the total price will be triple the price of the selected package.
How much information do I need to provide you?
I need the drawings/plans to be clear and show the objects from different views (top, front and side) and its measures. I also need to know how you will use the model to help you better define your needs.
What is the added value that you offer compared to other sellers?
I know not only to manage information in BIM, but also to work with the methodology according to national and international standards. In addition, I have experience working and researching with BIM (and also the Virtual Design and Construction methodology).
