About this Gig
Launch week does not wait for you to get organised.
This is the whole kit. The book launch press release, the author bio, the press
kit, and the media pitch you reuse every time you approach a blogger, podcast or
paper. Written together so they read as one story instead of four separate
documents that contradict each other.
WHAT YOU GET
- Book launch press release built around a real angle, not an announcement
- Book launch pr timeline covering pre launch, launch day and the week after
- Author press kit with bio, book details, cover and contact block
- Media pitch angle written for outreach, reusable at every outlet
- Everything formatted and ready to send the day you get it
If your launch date is too close for this to be worth doing properly, I will
tell you rather than take the order.
Message me before ordering with your title, genre and launch date.

FAQ
How is this different from your press release gig?
That one is a single document. This is the whole launch kit, written together so the release, bio, press kit and pitch all tell the same story.
What actually goes in the author press kit?
Your bio, book details, cover, a short synopsis, and a contact block, laid out as one document you send to anyone who asks.
How far before launch should I order this?
Three to four weeks is ideal. Closer is possible but outreach needs lead time, and I will tell you straight if it is too tight.
What is in the launch timeline?
What to send, and when, across pre launch, launch day and the week after. Premium only.
Do you do the outreach for me?
No, this is the material. You send it, or pair it with my distribution gig.
Will this guarantee coverage?
No. It gives you the strongest possible material to pitch with. Nobody can guarantee an editor's decision.
I do not have a final cover yet. Can we start?
Yes. Send what you have, even a draft, and we swap the final in later without holding up the rest.
Does this work for a series, not just a first book?
Yes. A series launch actually pitches better because there is more story to work with.
Can you match the tone of my book?
Yes. A thriller launch kit and a memoir launch kit should not read the same, and they will not.
What do you need from me to start?
Title, genre, launch date, summary, cover if you have it, and anything interesting about why you wrote it.
