A: Yes. I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and I work in QuickBooks Online daily on cleanup, catch up bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and financial reports.
Q: Can you clean up messy QuickBooks Online books?
A: Yes. I review every transaction, fix uncategorized and wrongly categorized entries, clear duplicates, reconcile each bank and credit card account and correct the reports so they are accurate.
Q: How far behind can my books be for catch up bookkeeping?
A: Any period works, whether a few months or several years. Share the period and rough transaction count and I will confirm the package or send a custom offer for the full catch up.
Q: How do you count transactions for the packages?
A: Every bank or credit card line that needs to be categorized counts as one transaction, across all your accounts. Send your statements or a QuickBooks report and I will confirm the right package before you order.
Q: How do I give you access to QuickBooks Online?
A: Invite me as an Accountant user from Manage Users in your QuickBooks Online settings using the email I share with you. If you do not have QuickBooks yet, I can set up QuickBooks Online for you.
Q: What do you need from me to start?
A: QuickBooks Online access or your bank and credit card statements for the period, plus a short note on your business so the chart of accounts and categorization match how you operate.
Q: Which financial reports will I receive?
A: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and bank reconciliation reports for the period, plus any other QuickBooks Online report you need for your accountant or tax filing.
Q: Do you offer monthly bookkeeping after the cleanup?
A: Yes. Once the cleanup or catch up is done, I can keep your books reconciled and up to date every month, with reports delivered on a set schedule. Message me for a monthly quote.
Q: Which industries do you work with?

Q: Is my financial data kept confidential?
