Can I provide my own script for the ad?
Of course, but we would be happy to bring up our ideas and let you know what we think would be best for your project.
Can I make changes in the animation after it is done?
The process prior to the animation will go through many revisions until you will approve them, so changes to the animation itself will incur in an extra fee.
What do you need from me as a client?
We need to get the idea of what you are selling, if you have any pictures, descriptions etc, it will be very helpful. Secondly we need to be in touch with you regularly during the creation process so no detail will be missed.
Can I buy the commercial rights?
Yes, we provide the commercial rights for an additional fee of 20$
Can I buy the Copyrights for the ad?
No, we do not sell our creative rights (copyrights). However, by purchasing commercial rights you will have full permission to use the video for your brand and business.
What file format will I receive?
By default we deliver MP4 (HD). If you need a different format (MOV, AVI, etc.), please let us know.
Do you provide background music or voiceovers?
Yes, we can add royalty-free background music, or original music for an extra fee. Voiceovers are available at an additional cost.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery time depends on the length and complexity of your ad, but most projects are completed within a month.
What resolution or format will I receive?
By default, we deliver your animation in Full HD (1920×1080, 16:9). If you need other aspect ratios such as 1:1 for Instagram or 9:16 vertical for TikTok/Reels let us know in advance. Custom formats can also be provided as extras.
