Can I make changes in the animation after it is done?
The process prior to the animation will go through many revisions until you will approve them, so changes to the animation itself will incur in an extra fee.
What if I want something shorter?
Sure thing, just write us what you need and we will send you a costume offer :)
What do you need from me as a client?
We need to get the idea of what you are selling, if you have any pictures, descriptions etc, it will be very helpful. Secondly we need to be in touch with you regularly during the creation process so no detail will be missed.
What if I have the art and I need you only for the animation skills?
It can of course be done, just write us all the specifics and we will cerate a costume offer for you.
Can I buy the commercial rights?
Yes, we provide the commercial rights for an additional fee
Can I provide my own script for the ad?
Of course, but we would be happy to bring up our ideas and let you know what we think would be best for your project.
Can I buy the Copyrights for the ad?
No, we do not sell our creative rights (copyrights). However, by purchasing commercial rights you will have full permission to use the video for your brand and business.
What file resolution and format will I receive?
By default we deliver MP4 (HD) and in Full HD (1920x1080, 16:9). If you need other aspect ratios (such as 1:1 square for Instagram or 9:16 vertical for TikTok/Reels), or format (MOV, AVI, etc.) please let us know in advance.
Do you provide background music or voiceovers?
Yes, we can add royalty-free background music, or original music for an extra fee. Voiceovers are available at an additional cost.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery time depends on the length and complexity of your ad, but most projects are completed within a month or two.
