Yes, in most cases I will need temporary access to your WordPress admin, Shopify admin, or hosting account to complete the work. Access is only used for the agreed task and is kept completely confidential.
Do you offer custom coding or development?
No. This gig focuses on troubleshooting, configuration, adjustments, and practical website fixes. Custom coding or complex development work is outside the scope of this gig.
What if my issue is bigger than the package I selected?
If the issue requires more work than the selected package, I will explain the situation and offer a fair upgrade or custom offer before proceeding. I always aim to keep things transparent and fair.
Can I message you before ordering?
