I will audit your website UX and usability with clear fixes
QA engineer in manual testing, web performance and UX
About this Gig
I review websites the way a real user does, and then I explain, in plain words, why people leave without buying.
What I check:
The first screen: whether a visitor understands in five seconds what you sell and what to do next.
Forms: how many fields, what happens on error, what happens on success, and whether people can finish on a phone.
Navigation: whether a visitor can find what they came for without going back to the home page.
Buttons and links: whether they look clickable, whether they are big enough on mobile, whether they say what they do.
Text that only makes sense to you: labels, error messages and instructions your users do not understand.
Accessibility basics: contrast, focus, alt text and font sizes people can actually read.
What you get: a report with one problem per row, a screenshot showing it, why it costs you, and a concrete fix. Ordered by impact, so you can stop after the first five and still get most of the benefit.
I am not going to tell you to change your colors because I do not like them. Every finding is something that gets in the way of a user finishing what they came to do.
Send me your URL and tell me what you want visitors to do there.

FAQ
Is this a redesign?
No. This is a list of what gets in the way and how to fix it, on the site you already have. If you want the design changed, message me first.
Do you review mobile too?
Yes, in Standard and Premium. Most sites lose people on mobile, so that is usually where I find the most.
How do you deliver it?
A document with one finding per row: screenshot, what the problem is, why it costs you, and the fix. Plus a summary with the five things to do first.
Can you check accessibility?
I cover the basics: contrast, focus, alt text and readable sizes. A full WCAG certification is a different service, and I will tell you if you need one.
