I build practical software tools that solve annoying business problems. If you've got data trapped inside a PDF and need it in a usable spreadsheet, this gig turns those tables into a clean CSV or Excel file.
What I do:
Pull tabular data out of PDF files (invoices, reports, statements, forms, scanned tables, etc.)
Organize it into properly structured rows and columns

What this gig does NOT cover:
Free-form text extraction (paragraphs, contracts) with no tabular structure
Handwritten documents
Extremely low-quality scans where the text isn't reliably readable

Does this work with scanned PDFs, not just digital ones?
Yes, as long as the scan is clear enough to read. If the quality is too low for accurate extraction, I'll let you know before starting rather than delivering something unreliable.
My PDF has multiple different tables on each page — can you handle that?
Yes, multiple tables per page are fine. Send over a sample page with your order so I can see the layout and structure the output the way you need it.
Once it's converted, can you also clean up the data (remove duplicates, fix formatting)?
