What do you need from me to start?
Your book title, genre, a short synopsis or blurb, your launch or publication date, author name, and one line on why the book matters now. Buy links and a cover image help. I don't need the manuscript.
How fast will I get it?
Basic 2 days, Standard 3 days, Premium 5 days. Sending your details in the first message rather than after ordering is what speeds it up most. Need it sooner? Add the 24-hour extra or message me first.
Can you deliver faster than 24 hours?
Sometimes, but I won't promise it before seeing your details. Message me with your launch date and I'll tell you honestly what's possible. I'd rather turn down a deadline than miss one.
Which package should I pick?
Basic if you already have your author bio and just need the release. Standard if you want the bio, boilerplate and SEO keywords too. Premium if you want me to write the journalist pitch and submit it for you.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to the release I delivered: angle, headline, tone, quotes, wording, or details you want corrected. A different book, or a rewrite after you change your launch plan, is a new order.
What format do I get, and where can I use it?
Google Doc and PDF as standard, Word on request. Use it anywhere: your own pitches to journalists, your site or blog, newswire submissions, your media kit, Amazon A+ content, or your newsletter.
Do I own the press release?
Yes, fully. Once delivered it's yours to publish, edit and distribute under your own name. I claim no credit, no byline, and I don't reuse your angle or wording for another client.
What isn't included?
Paid newswire fees, guaranteed media placements, book editing, cover design and ongoing publicist work. Basic and Standard don't include submission. No honest writer can promise coverage, and I won't.
Can you also handle press release distribution?
Yes. Premium includes submission for you, and my separate distribution gig sends your release to 20+ news sites and databases. You can also add distribution here as a gig extra.
