2. The file format/s you need (I offer .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, .PSD (Adobe Photoshop) and/or .AI(Adobe Illustrator).

4. All the text you need to be included. NO SCREENSHOTS. 

5. Basic information about the project and the concept. Is there anything specific for me to depict or avoid depicting?
