The project brief (MANDATORY to fill out in full):
- The size of the design (width x height) IF its different from the 11x14" standard.
- Preferable source file (.AI or .PSD). Getting both is an extra $25. If you don't have a preference, I'll pick the format that is the most suitable for the project at hand.
- All the text you need to be included. NO SCREENSHOTS.
- Basic information about the project and the concept. Is there anything for me to depict or avoid depicting?
- 6. A few VISUAL references to the style you like UNLESS it is fully in line with my portfolio samples (see here: https://www.fiverr.com/users/lenasemenkova/portfolio?origin=seller_profile)

FAQ
How many concepts do the packages include?
All the packages include 1 concept ONLY. An additional concept (a complete, 100% do-over) is a separate project. It costs full price and is to be paid for separately. It will take an additional 1-2 days to get it done.
How will you produce precisely what I want in one try?
I will ask you to fill out a short design brief, complete with references and general information about what you like/don't like, and, based on my experience, in 99% of cases, this will be more than enough to finish the project quickly and successfully.
Why do you need me to attach the visual references of what I like?
I’m a visual learner and, given that our tastes are deeply subjective, a visual representation of what you find “creative”, “fun”, “good”, etc. will be the quickest and most effective way for me to understand your preferences and your vision.
I didn't fill out the design brief fully or deliberately missed some of the questions. Now what?
I will reach out to you twice (2 times) via the order page and the inbox and request to provide the missing information. If I don’t receive said information, I will request the order cancelation due to the incomplete requirements and you will get refunded.
Can I ask how the project is going when it's in progress?
I’d prefer you to ask all the questions you might have before making a purchase. Asking me how the project is going will not speed the process up. It will be a distraction for me when I’m working. If you have any reservations about working with me, I strongly suggest you hire another designer.
