My name is Lennox and I got the opportunity to study Sports Science B.Sc at the Technical University of Munich. The TUM is one of the only 10 universities graded with the status "excellence".
Why am I here?
I want to help as many people as possible! Fitness should be available for everybody and that is my mission. I want to contribute to that which is why (crazy transition)...
Why is the price so cheap?
I am offering my coaching for basically free :) Getting a sandwich on the go is pretty much the equivalence in terms of price!
Who is my coaching for?
My coaching is for people who want to finally see some structure in their training. Does not matter if you are a beginner who has troubles setting foot into the gym or advanced who is plateauing!
What are you getting?
I am offering a pretty much free 30 day coaching, which includes a free exercise and nutrition plan. It does not matter if you are trying to lose fat, build muscle, do a body recomposition etc.
What am I getting?
All I ask is that once you see the results and love the plan, you refer some friends and drop an Insta story

What does the process typically look like in your coaching?
First we would do a starter Call, where we examine the starting point, what we are going to work on and how we are going to do that. From there I will guide you along!
