I will conduct online yoga classes

Hi, I'm Lenny! I have been practising yoga for the 7 years and in 2018 decided to follow my passion that led me to Rishikesh, India where I completed my 200RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) course. 

Since then I have returned to help others learn and improve their yoga practice, in order to fully achieve the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

Yoga is about to exploration of the self through modification of the mind whilst we practice. The goal is to have a conscious class, where you are present at every moment through controlled breathing.

The Relaxation Class consists of connecting the body movements with your breathing and slowing the self down till we achieve full body relaxation. The final 10 minutes will be spent in guided mediation, leaving you in state of bliss and the body feeling light.

In Hatha yoga we will carry out breathing exercises (pranayamas), followed by sun salutations and a combination of asanas to improve flexibility, balance and strength, again we will end the class with a short relaxation session.
