Are the drawings sealed or stamped?
No. Drawings are provided unsealed. If your jurisdiction requires a sealed set for permit submission, you will need a licensed engineer of record to review and seal the work. I can prepare the documentation to support that review.
What do you need from me to start?
A floor plan in DWG, RVT, or PDF, the scope of work, your deadline, and the jurisdiction. Existing electrical documentation, panel information, and service size are helpful if available.
Do you work in AutoCAD or Revit?
Both. Specify your preference when you message me and I will match your existing file format. Source files are included with every package.
Which package should I order?
Basic is a single drawing up to 2,000 sq ft. Standard is a three-drawing set with panel schedules and calculations up to 10,000 sq ft. Premium is a six-drawing set up to 30,000 sq ft. Message me with your scope first and I will confirm the fit or send a custom offer.
