What access do you need?
Usually repository access, the affected environment, sanitized logs, reproduction steps, and access to the relevant service dashboard. Use least privilege and never send secrets in plain chat.
Can you fix an app created with any AI builder?
The package is based on the underlying stack and reproducible failure, not a promise that every platform can be modified. I will qualify the platform, code access, and deployment path first.
Is deployment included?
Only when explicitly included in the selected package and related to the agreed blocker. New infrastructure or production migration needs a Custom Offer.
Do you guarantee every issue can be fixed?
No. Some failures depend on platform limitations, missing access, unavailable APIs, or third-party incidents. I will report the verified cause and the safest available next step.
What counts as a revision?
A correction to the agreed deliverable against the original acceptance criteria. New features or newly discovered unrelated problems are not revisions.
Can you work directly in production?
Only with an agreed backup, rollback, access boundary, and validation plan. Staging is preferred.
Are third-party fees included?
No. Hosting, model usage, database, payment, email, and other provider charges remain the buyer's responsibility.
