Q1: What format will I receive the final report in?
Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or PDF — whichever fits your workflow. If you are not sure, I will recommend the best option for your data and how you plan to use it. Files are delivered ready to open, no extra setup needed.
Q2: How clean does my data need to be?
It does not need to be perfectly clean. If your data is messy or spread across multiple files, I will structure it before building the report. If it is unusable, I will tell you straight away and suggest the most practical fix. The Basic package includes a full data review.
Q3: Can you work with my Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, or POS exports?
Yes. I work with exports from most accounting systems and POS platforms. CSV, Excel, or PDF exports are all fine. Please remove any sensitive client, supplier, or staff details before sending — I treat all data as confidential and only need anonymised data to build the report.
Q4: What is the difference between the three packages?
Basic: Best for a quick second opinion on data you already have. Standard: Best for monthly reporting. Premium: Best for board, investor, or owner reporting. The gallery images show a Premium-level deliverable. Basic and Standard use the same approach, scaled to scope.
Q5: What if I do not know which KPIs I need?
That is fine — most owners do not. I will suggest the KPIs that matter most for your industry (F&B, retail, SME, project-based) based on the data you send and the business questions you want answered. You can adjust from there.
Q6: Can you build something I can update myself each month?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages can be built as a reusable template — you drop in new monthly data and the dashboard refreshes. I will include a short written guide so anyone on your team can run the update without me.
Q7: Do you offer ongoing monthly reporting?
Yes. Many buyers start with a Standard or Premium build, then move to a monthly retainer for ongoing reporting. Message me first to discuss scope and we can set that up after the first delivery.
