What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, screenshots if possible, and WordPress admin access (plus FTP/hosting access if the site is down). A staging site is welcome.
Will my site be safe while you work on it?
Yes. I take a backup before making changes, work on staging when available, and only change what is needed to fix the issue.
What if the issue is not fixed?
I will keep working on it within the package scope. If the problem turns out to be bigger than the package, I will explain why and suggest the right option before doing extra work.
