About this gig
I will create an authentic illustration by hand on paper. I work with graphite, colour pencils, ink pen, watercolour or gouache paints. The results are representational and realistic freehand art.
I illustrate from scratch, from a casual sketch, a design brief or a reference image. If something exists, I can draw it. And what does not exist, I can visualise.
You will get:
- STAGE 1: My preliminary concept sketches of your idea. Your review: the more accurate your input, the more perfect results I will deliver.
- STAGE 2: My basic composition drawing, outlining the mood and appearance. Your feedback for adjustments: the more details you specify, the more time is needed.
- STAGE 3: We agree on the best illustration technique suiting the creative needs of your project.
- I will draw or paint my DIN A4 illustration to your specifications.
- Upon completion, I will deliver the artwork as a digital image in 300 dpi, ready to print.
For any special requests, kindly ask me any questions upfront. The timeline is subject to change depending on your specific requirements. Frank and collaborative communication are the true magic behind flawless artwork.

I always have been drawing since my early childhood. I love drawing and painting in all traditional media and techniques. I studied fine arts and concluded academic studies with an M.F.A. degree in Visual arts. Ever since, I discovered how life-changing solid drawing skills are for innovation-based work processes, rapid ideation and generation of new design solutions. But also in the fine art of portraiture, animal, nature and people illustration, or 2D and 3D freehand artwork, drawing may account for well over 60-70% of a project’s workload, irrespective of technique or materials.
