Will you be delivering me a UGC Video?
No, this is only a VOICEOVER file you will be receiving through this gig. If you'd like to purchase a UGC VIDEO from me, please check out my available UGC gigs on my profile.
Can I give you the A-roll / B-roll and have you sync up your voice to the final video?
Absolutely! The video examples you see at the top of this gig were created exactly like that. Simply send me your FINAL video (fully edited), and your script, and I will build out the Voiceover according to the applicable spots within the video itself.
Do you include Commercial and Broadcast Rights in your pricing?
Yes, organic streaming online (Commercial Rights) are included, but if you are doing paid placement ads on social media or any other channels like TV, Radio, Podcast, Spotify, Streaming services, etc., you must ADD ON the BROADCAST RIGHTS Extra.
What is included in your revisions?
You are allotted two full rounds of revisions, with no questions asked. Revisions include any small script changes needed. After the first revision, each additional revision is $10 per 100 words.
Can you send me the fully edited Video + Voice?
I have extensive experience in editing UGC videos (over 1000 completed, myself), so yes, if you'd like to provide me with the final edited video footage, I can add my voice to it, add appropriate background music that matches the tone of the video, then provide you with the MP4 and MP3 files.
What is Full Broadcast Rights and should I add that on?
If you intend to do paid ad placements on social media, TV, Radio, Podcast, Spotify or other Streaming services, you will need to add Broadcast Rights for either 1 Year or "Full." Full covers you unlimited, in perpetuity. 1 Year is for 12 months from the receipt of the order.
Do you use an AI voice or are you a real person?
I will NEVER use AI in any piece of my voice acting business. I am a real person with a real home studio where I record for dozens of clients a week. If you'd like to get to know me further, not just my voice, feel free to check out my UGC gigs on my profile to see me on video.
When will my order be delivered?
Standardly, orders will be delivered on or before the 48-hour mark after the order is placed. If you would like to guarantee you receive your order faster, you can select from my two add-ons: 1-Day Delivery or 12-Hour Delivery. Feel free to also add Queue Jump to skip the line!
Do you do custom samples?
For new customers, I am happy to provide a < 7 second clip of your script to ensure we are a good fit before purchasing.
What kind of direction do you need from me (the client)?
When you place your order, there will be a set of 3 questions that were intentionally designed to get the information I need from you immediately, so I can start your order immediately. Failure to fill these out entirely could result in a delay or costly revisions. This is your script, show me!
