I will make you an osu standard skin in whatever theme/character/colors you would like with everything from the game UI.
Here are the requirements in advance:
-Osu Resolution you play on:
-Theme/Character and color:
-Hit Circles of an existing skin you would like me to use: (optional)
-Combo and slider colors:
-What would you like me to put on the Hp bar(Picture, Flag, Username): (optional)

FAQ
Do you do animations?
As for now No. In the future maybe?(Animations I'm talking about is like the Menu back button, or Hp bar like on whitecat's skin.)
Do you do other modes?(Taiko, Mania, Fruits)
I don't do gameplay for the other modes(except standard), but the rest of the skin I can do. Given the gameplay of a certain skin is sent, and I will add them.
Can I still ask for help even after I marked the order as complete?
Yes, but I will only answer when your skin has errors on it.(Like misaligned icons, incorrect colors, wrong character/theme used etc.) No more revisions.
Can you send me the .psd file?
No, I can't. But if you wish to change the picture or username on the HP bar in the future, you can ask me to send you the .psd file of the HP bar.
What does "e.g" mean in the requirements?
e.g stands for "exempli gratia" which means "for example".
