I will create historical or architectural 3d reconstructions

About this gig
I reconstruct historical buildings and architectural sites in 3D
from a single structure to full multi-building memorial complexes
as modular, game-engine-ready assets built for Unreal Engine.
Recent work: the Baturyn Fortress Memorial Complex, a full
17th-century Ukrainian baroque historical site the Hetman's
residence, surrounding walls, towers, and secondary structures
rebuilt as a coherent architectural ensemble.
My approach:
- Modular asset library (reusable wall sections, cornices, window
frames, ornamental details) with shared texture atlases keeps
large sites visually consistent without unnecessary duplication
- Multiple texturing techniques depending on the surface: Substance
PBR for unwrapped blocks, custom photo-based texturing (reference
photos projected and baked into normal maps), and gradient-mask
blending for large ground surfaces (grass, stone paths)
- Historical accuracy balanced against clean, real-time-engine-ready
topology
- Optional interactive elements: doors, triggered animations,
info panels with camera transitions built in Blueprints
Good fit for: heritage/museum projects, historical game studios,
architectural visualization, tourism/edu apps

FAQ
Do you need existing 3D references, or can you work from photos only?
Photos work well - I've built full historical reconstructions using only photo references, projecting and baking them into detailed normal maps. Plans/drawings help but aren't required.
Will the result work in a game engine, or is it just for rendering?
Everything I deliver is game-engine-ready - clean topology, organized UVs, optimized for real-time use in Unreal Engine (or Unity on request), not just pre-rendered visuals.
Can you add interactive elements like doors or camera transitions?
Yes - I've built exactly this before (doors, triggered animations, info panels with camera transitions) as part of a full historical site reconstruction. Available as an add-on.
My site has many buildings - will it look repetitive?
No - I build a modular asset library (reusable architectural components with shared texture atlases) specifically to keep large sites visually consistent and varied, not just copy-pasted.
