What I need from you: your shift schedule, number of shifts, required annual topics (ISO, state, department), and what you already have. From that I build the calendar around who is actually on duty, then write each lesson plan with an objective, references, instructor notes, hands-on component, and a sign-off sheet. Every file comes in Word so you can edit it later.
