What do you I need before we start?
Please have some basics included such as: - Overlay assets [webcam overlay, starting screens, etc.] - Color scheme [at least 2 hex codes] - command ideas [sound or otherwise!] - internet speed [upload speed is crucial for bitrate] - times during the day/week that work best to setup your stream.
How will we communicate?
We can do this all LIVE in Discord, Zoom, Google Meeting, etc. We will schedule a time for an initial 30-min consultation and then the 2-4 hour setup depending on the package you are interested in. We also offer quick consultations as well if you need something fast
How long does the setup take?
Basic package takes 2+ hours around 3-6 hours for more in-depth setups. Please reach out to us with an explanation of your goals and wants for your stream and we would be happy to help! The gig is 7-day delivery for scheduling purposes! We will talk beforehand to schedule a time in advance!
Can you work on any computer?
Well yes and no. Each computer is different but some computers will simply not work for streaming. Here are some basic specs that will help make a smooth stream: - 15+ mbps upload speed - 3.2+ ghz processor - Dedicated GPU [Nvidia 2060+ for expl]
Mac or PC?
PC would be ideal since most OBS plugins, widgets, and more work best on PC. We currently do not work on and MACOS operating systems as they continuously seem to cause issues with various platforms, plugins, power settings, and more. We are happy to consult on reasons why and fixes for clients
