Do I need a Shopify store already?
Yes for Shopify POS. For Square, Clover, or Toast, you do not need a Shopify store. I can also help you set one up if needed.
Can you sync inventory between my online store and physical location?
Yes. I can sync inventory between Shopify and Square, Clover, Lightspeed, or Toast. The Standard and Premium packages include inventory sync.
Do you handle hardware setup?
I handle pairing and configuration of card readers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers. You must have the hardware already. I do not ship hardware.
Can you set up POS for a restaurant?
Yes. I can configure Toast POS, Clover, or Square for restaurant use, including menu build, table management, modifiers, and online ordering integration.
What payment gateways do you support?
Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Square Payments, Flutterwave, and Paystack. If you need a different gateway, message me to confirm compatibility.
Can you migrate my product catalog to the new POS?
Yes. The Premium package includes a catalog build of up to 50 items. For larger catalogs, message me for a custom quote.
