Will it make things up?
Far less than plain ChatGPT: answers are grounded in your documents with citations, and the bot says "I don't know" when the answer isn't in the sources. I test it against a list of real questions before delivery.
What does it cost to run?
You pay OpenAI/Anthropic directly. A support bot with a few thousand conversations a month typically runs $5–30 in API costs. I give an estimate before we start and set limits.
Which channels can it live in?
Telegram, WhatsApp (Business API), Discord, Slack, a web widget on your site, or your app via a REST API. One bot can serve several channels.
Can it access my database or CRM?
Yes — Standard and Premium include integrations: read order status, create leads, book appointments, call any API you allow.
Is my data used to train models?
No. It's sent to the API only to answer the question, under OpenAI/Anthropic's API terms (no training on API data). Documents stay on your server in a vector database.
