Hi, my name is Lexi Penney, and I am a USA-based editor who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Denver in just 3 years. Although I majored in Molecular Biology (with minors in chemistry and psychology), I've always held a passion for the English language, as well as Creative and Academic Writing.

Where are you from? Are you a fluent native English speaker?
I was raised in Wisconsin, went to college in Colorado, and currently live in the United States! I am a fluent and well-trained native English speaker.
What kinds of projects do you work on?
I will work with you on anything related to the application process! This includes short blurbs for 'activities' sections, resumes, cover letters, etc. If you're unsure, shoot me a message so we can chat.
What formats do you accept?
I can edit Microsoft Word documents, Google Docs, or any other text file that can be easily opened on a mac.
Molecular biology?? Why not English?
Short answer, I wanted to graduate college in 3 years and didn't have time to double major and stay on the premed path. However, I've been obsessed with reading and writing since I was little and am currently writing my own novel! Besides, science involves a surprising amount of writing!

Yes! After being invited to 9+ interviews at both US MD and DO schools, I received 3 acceptances, 3 waitlists, and declined 2 interviews. I currently attend a US MD school.
