FAQ
What about wardrobe specifics? or wearing our logo gear?
You let me know what you'd like (for example, dark T shirt, business attire, casual, workout gear) Message me and I will open my closet! This goes for your company logo gear as well, as long as we discuss and take shipping time into account.
How do revisions work?
Any mistakes I make, technical or acting will be re-shot free. Opinion based issues like, "Can we get a different background?" "Can you change the pace or tone?" or "Can we change the script?" are priced into packages or billed as extras. Need a particular length or tone - please relay that upfron
Can I send you my product?
That would be the most authentic way to create a testimonial or show the features of a particular item, but I can always use images or footage you provide to cover any read. I will include my shipping address upon request and if you'd like the item returned please include a return shipping label.
Can you help with script writing? How does that work?
Sure, since a lot of the time, UGC is loosely scripted anyway. We'll just need to discuss your vision and the concrete points you want included. Message me and we can work together on bringing your vision to life with some prominent hooks and calls-to-action!
What does studio quality mean?
For most indoor shoots that don't include a 'walk and talk' I use a professional video or DSLR camera with professional lighting and microphones and, if necessary, a green screen. If you want a 'walk and talk' look I will use an iPhone in 1080p or 4K HD with professional microphone integrated.

Alexis did an amazing job with my video. Delivery was fast, she was easy to work with and really went above and beyond what I asked for. The final result sounded natural and polished, which was exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely work with her again and very highly recommend.
