Which languages can you communicate with customers in?
I can communicate with customers in English and Spanish. I can provide support and instructions in either language.
What do you do if the PC is very old and can't be improved much?
I will tell you the options you have to use that PC/Laptop.
Can you install or reinstall Windows?
Yes I can. I can do a Windows reinstall if needed.
Do you use third-party software?
Yes. For Customizing I will use Windhawk, Lively Wallpaper and Rainmeeter. For optimizing ill use Atlas OS or Revi OS depending on your windows version.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I will use an app called Parsec.
Do you leave personal files untouched?
Yes if you want to but I always recommend a backup before I make any changes on your system.
What visual customizations can you do?
Whatever customizations you want if they´re possible.
How long does a typical optimization take?
Depends on your PC/Laptop performance.
Do you offer support after the job is finished?
Yes if your performance is worse than before.
What do I need to provide before you start.
You need to install an app called Parsec, for the remote access and remove your password to easily restart when needed and a backup of your important files if any data is erased.
