FAQ
1) Why us?
We work fast and if you have no comments we usually turn around in 3-5 days. Our designers are experienced anime artists. The finished services are reviewed by at least two people for quality control.
2) How long does it take?
Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your custom illustration out to you in 3 to 5 days. During high volume purchases they can take about 7-10 days.
3) Does an extra Pet/Character count as a person?
Unfortunately yes. Because animals and complex objects which are difficult to draw and take a long time. Don’t think your puppy, who is 1/20 your size, is an easy task!
4) Can I provide more than one photo?
More photos can help get a clearer image of your subjects, the more photos the better.
5) What quality should the photo I send to you be?
The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don't worry, we'll let you know if we're having any issues.
6) What if I want a large group drawn?
Please let us know everything about the illustration before ordering by messaging us, as it will take more time for more characters.
7) What file type will my illustration come with?
Your completed artwork will be delivered to you in JPG and PNG format.
8) Can I cancel the order?
We work very hard to incorporate your features while also including the anime details and characteristics. We also provide unlimited revision until you are satisfied for free. But still, if you are unhappy with result, you are free to cancel the order and money will be returned.
9) Can I get a preview of how my order will look like before placing an order?
Yes of course, we also provide a rough sketch before your order placement to get the idea of your design. Once we get the idea, we will continue after your order purchase.
