More photos can help get a clearer image of your subjects, the more photos the better.

The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don't worry, we'll let you know if we're having any issues.

Please let us know everything about the illustration before ordering by messaging us, as it will take more time for more characters.

Your completed artwork will be delivered to you in JPG and PNG format.

We work very hard to incorporate your features while also including the anime details and characteristics. We also provide unlimited revision until you are satisfied for free. But still, if you are unhappy with result, you are free to cancel the order and money will be returned.

Yes of course, we also provide a rough sketch before your order placement to get the idea of your design. Once we get the idea, we will continue after your order purchase.
