I will make a realistic exterior rendering

Details to bear in mind: 

• I work with Sketchup, Vray, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• If the project is already modelled and no modifications have to be made, the price is lower (just place materials and make the render).
• Please specify image size in pixels and image type (e.g. 16:4).
• Once the work is finished, only the image will be delivered.
• Payment will be accepted once the work has been delivered. Prior to delivery I send a low resolution capture for the client's approval and then the final image is sent.
• The price is for 1 image, in the case of needing more the price increases.
