Will you actually build the automations, or just tell me what to do?
This gig is diagnosis only! You'll get a clear, prioritized breakdown of what to automate and how. If you want it built, check out my automation gigs; many clients start here with the audit, then move into a build package once they know exactly what they need (I can bundle).
What do you need from me to get started?
A quick description of the workflow(s) you want reviewed, and access to whatever you're currently using (spreadsheets, your CRM, screenshots of your process, etc.). The more context you share, the sharper the recommendations.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Basic covers one workflow with a summary (e.g. How to automate your research workflows). Standard covers up to three workflows with a full report. Premium is a complete operational audit with a phased implementation roadmap, essentially a plan you could hand to any developer or specialist!
How is this delivered?
A written report (plus a short call, depending on your package) covering what's slowing you down, what to automate first, and roughly what it would take to fix it.
Do you work with my industry?
I've worked across food & beverage, nonprofit operations, and financial services, but the audit process is industry-agnostic. If your business runs on repetitive manual work, I can find where it's costing you time.
I already automated some things. Can you still help?
Yes. A lot of my audit work is finding the gaps between tools that are automated individually but not connected, which is often where the real time-loss hides. I can also help you consolidate automation tools into one simplified system.
