Can you write for my industry?
I write mostly B2B: SaaS, agencies, recruiting, consulting, and anything sold to a business by email. Research is included from Standard up, so an unfamiliar market is not a blocker. Tell me your niche before you order and I will say honestly if I am the wrong fit.
Why is the Basic package only $5?
Because copy is hard to judge from a portfolio. $5 buys you one real cold email written for your actual offer, so you can send it and see what happens before spending more. Most buyers come back for the sequence. If it does not land, you are out five dollars instead of a few hundred.
How many emails do I need?
The colder the list and the more expensive the offer, the more emails it takes. One email works for a warm list or a cheap offer. For cold B2B at a normal deal size, 3 to 5 is the working range, and most replies land on emails 2 and 3 rather than the first.
How do you keep my emails out of the spam folder?
Copy is half of it. I check every line against the words, links and formatting that trip filters: no link in email one, no images, no all-caps subject. The other half is your domain, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and warmup. Send me your setup and I will tell you if copy is even the problem.
Will the copy sound like me or like AI?
Like you. I write from your offer, your case studies and any emails you have already sent, and I strip the phrases that mark an email as automated. If you have no existing copy, tell me how you would explain the offer to a friend and I will work from that.
Do you write single emails or full sequences?
Both. Basic is one email. Standard is a 3-email sequence where each follow-up brings a new angle rather than repeating the first. Premium is 5 emails plus A/B variants so you can test two approaches against the same list.
Can you load the copy into my sending tool?
Yes, for a $35 extra I will set the sequence up in Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist with the personalisation variables mapped and the sending schedule configured. If you need the whole sending system built, that is a separate gig.
What if the copy does not get replies?
Every package includes revisions and I will rewrite based on what the data shows, not on opinion. Send me the open, reply and bounce numbers after your first 200 sends and I will tell you honestly whether the problem is the copy, the list or your deliverability. Often it is not the copy.
