I will do pcb reverse engineering, cloning, schematic and layout design
Turning Complex Ideas into Scalable PCB Hardware
About this Gig
Stuck with an obsolete PCB, lost design files, or a broken product that needs to be replicated?
As a PCB Engineer, I specialize in high precision PCB Reverse Engineering and cloning. I don't just "copy" boards, I reconstruct them with engineering integrity to ensure they are ready for modern manufacturing.
Whether you have a physical board, a high resolution photo, or an old Gerber file, I will recreate the complete design package for you.
What I Offer:
- Precision PCB Reverse Engineering
- Schematic Capture
- PCB Cloning
- DFM Ready
- PCB Layout Design
- 3D Modeling (SolidWorks)
- BOM Reconstruction
Why Choose My Service?
- Manufacturing Ready
- Multi-Software Fluency
- Obsolete Part Solutions
- Fast Delivery
- 100% Communication
Software I Use:
- Altium Designer
- KiCad
- EasyEDA
- SolidWorks
The Process:
- Analysis: Send me high-res photos (Front/Back) of your PCB.
- Reverse Engineering: I map the traces and identify all components.
- Validation: I recreate the schematic and verify connections.
- Delivery: You receive the Source files, Schematics, Gerbers, and 3D models.
Every project is unique. Please message me with a photo of your board for a custom quote before placing an order.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start the reverse engineering process?
To begin, I need high resolution, clear photos of both the top and bottom of the PCB. If it is a complex multi-layer board (6+ layers), shipping the physical board to me may be required for accurate layer-by-layer analysis and continuity testing.
Can you provide the source files for the design?
es! Regardless of the package you choose, I always provide the Source Files. I can deliver them in Altium Designer, KiCad, or EasyEDA formats, depending on your preference. You will have 100% ownership of the design.
Will the cloned PCB be ready for manufacturing?
Absolutely. I provide a complete Manufacturing Kit (Gerber files, NC Drill files, and Pick-and-Place files). These files are compatible with all major fabrication houses like JLCPCB, PCBWay, and OshPark.
Can you help if some components on my board are obsolete or discontinued?
Yes. Part of my reverse engineering service includes identifying modern, "form-fit-function" equivalents for obsolete components. I will update the Bill of Materials (BOM) with available parts from suppliers like Mouser or DigiKey.
Can you provide a 3D model of the finished PCB?
Yes, I can generate a 3D STEP or STL file of the completed PCB assembly. This is very useful if you need to design a 3D-printed enclosure or check mechanical clearances in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
Is my intellectual property and design kept confidential?
Yes. I treat all client projects with strict confidentiality. If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed before we begin the PCB cloning or reverse engineering process, I am happy to comply.
