FAQ
What lifts do you review?
I review primarily the big three, squats, bench press, and deadlifts. But if you are interested to get your other lifts reviewed, feel free to let me know.
What angles should I record my videos from?
Ideally, directly from front, from the side, and 45 degrees from the front and back. Please provide more than one angle if possible. Make sure you include the whole lift, from setup to completion of the rep. Film from hip-height, do not put your phone/camera on the floor when recording.
What weight should I use?
Ideally something challenging enough, but not your max attempt. Preferably 70-80% for your 1RM, with >3 reps.
Do I need to reach a certain level/experience to get my videos reviewed?
No, all levels are welcome. You don't even have to be a competitive lifter to get assessed. As long as you have the drive to improve, you're a good fit!
Can I ask follow up questions?
Yes, you can! As long as the question is relevant to your lift(s), I will be more than happy to answer your questions.
Do you provide further personal coaching?
Yes, I do provide personal coaching which includes exercise routine planning/programming, technique assessments, and weekly check-ins. Hit me up if you want to join the team!
