I will provide online powerlifting coaching

About this gig
If you want to get stronger but feel unsure about your programming, technique, or consistency, this online powerlifting coaching service is designed to give you structure, clarity, and confidence in your training.
This is ongoing coaching, not a one-time form check. (I have a separate gig for form checks)
I work primarily with beginner and intermediate lifters, including athletes preparing for a powerlifting competition and gym lifters who want steady, long-term progress.
What you'll receive:
Depending on the package you choose, coaching may include:
· Customized powerlifting programs with 4-week training blocks
· Regular video reviews and technique feedback
· Adjustments based on your progress and recovery
· Messaging support for questions and check-ins
· Another powerlifting friend who can cheer on your progress!

FAQ
Who is this coaching for?
Regardless of your experience level in the gym, as long as you have the drive to progress continuously, you're a good fit!
When can I send my training videos? How long can I expect to get a reply?
You can send in your video as soon as you're done with the set! Depending on the time zone, it will take 24 hours for me to review and reply to your message. But I will try my best to get back to you ASAP if I have the time.
How does online coaching work?
I will plan out your training for the week beforehand. The plan will be sent out via Google Sheets. You send me the videos of your lifts, and I will provide feedback ASAP. I will try my best to reply you whenever I can, but do give me 24 hours if there's a huge timezone difference.
What is a check-in?
Check-ins are a call/some texts (depending on which type you prefer) to check in on how you're doing with training, and share some inputs which may help to improve your progress. Typically it will be around 30 minutes, to avoid it turning into a yap session.
How would you plan out my meet day if we're not in the same country?
I will plan out your attempts and warmups beforehand. If the timezone allows, I might be able to tune in to the livestream, if any. You will need to get yourself a handler during meet day. And I will brief him/her alongside as well.
What platforms will be used for daily communications?
Primarily, I use WhatsApp. But other platforms, like Telegram and Instagram DMs can be used as well
