Can i take a look at your portfolio?
Of Course! Just send me a message and I'll send you links to some of my latest work.
What do you need to get started?
I'll need the final written copy and imagery you'd like to use on your website and any/all ideas of what you have in mind for the design.
Will I be able to edit my website easily?
The short answer is yes ! You can edit your website, if you feel like you have the skills and knowledge to do so. I do however inform you that i will not offer my 1 month basic website support, if you have drastically changed/edited your website in a way that does not reflect my initial design.
I think I'd like a custom illustration designed, can you help?
Sure! Please feel free to get in touch and let me know what you have in mind.
What is not included?
Invite or save the date design, custom illustration, stock imagery, typography, content writing, hosting, and domain costs are not included in the base fees. :)
Is WIX free to build my site on?
To design your website on Wix is free, except for some apps which require a paid plan. If you would like to remove the Wix ads from your site and connect a custom domain (URL) to your site, you'll have to purchase one of their premium packages, take a look at it here: www.wix.com/upgrade/website
For how long do you offer support on my website?
Given that you have not changed or edited your website in any way; After the completion of your website project, i offer up to 1 month support. Which means that I will assist and guide you if you have any questions, concerns or if you need to add or change anything on your site. :)
What is an revision, and how do they work?
When working with us, one revision consists of five small changes. That means that for each revision you get as part of your order, you can request 5 small edits. Small edits are things like changing a font or colour or adding new text to the website. 5 Revisions = 25 small edits.
Can I expect consistent communication?
I pride myself on unique & quality work, above-average communication, and personalized service. I will put extra effort into making sure that I understand your needs and that the work I deliver is above average while giving you a professional experience and ease of mind.
Can I have your email/contact/skype details so we can communicate easily?
This is against Fiverr Terms of Service. All communication with our clients has to be in writing via the Fiverr message board.
