Will the files work with my manufacturer?
Yes. We deliver print-ready CMYK files at 300 DPI. Compatible with all major sublimation, DTG, and screen-print houses.
Can you handle a full collection (3–10 jackets)?
Yes we can. Please message us first for a custom offer with bulk pricing.
Can you work from a rough sketch or verbal idea?
Absolutely. You don't need a polished brief. However, the more reference you share, the closer our first draft will be to your vision.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the existing design, such as color changes, font swaps, text edits, layout tweaks, or repositioning elements. What a revision does not cover is a completely new design concept from scratch, a change in design style, or a new brief.
What time zone are you in? When can I expect a reply?
We operate in UTC+7. If you message us outside of working hours, we'll respond as soon as we're back at our desks. We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours, even on weekends.
What happens if I'm not happy with the final result?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the delivery doesn't match the agreed brief, we will revise it within your package's included rounds at no extra cost. We ask that feedback be specific and based on the original brief — this helps us resolve things quickly.
Under what circumstances would an order be cancelled?
Cancellations are a last resort. We may cancel if design details aren't shared within 3 days, scope shifts greatly, or copyrighted work is involved. Please message us before requesting a cancel — we'll sort it out.
