I will build a real world asset rwa tokenization platform
AI Chatbot and Web3 Developer, GPT 4, LangChain and Solidity
About this Gig
Trillions in real world assets are moving on-chain. Real estate, commodities, funds, and bonds are being tokenized by institutions that understand what is coming. The question is whether your project has the technical foundation to do it properly.
I build RWA tokenization platforms on Ethereum, Polygon, and Base using Solidity handling the complexity most developers ignore.
What I build for you:
- ERC-3643 and ERC-1400 security token contracts for compliant asset tokenization
- Fractional ownership for real estate, funds, commodities, and bonds
- KYC and AML whitelist integration with investor verification workflows
- Transfer restriction modules enforcing jurisdiction and accreditation rules
- Multi-chain deployment on Ethereum, Polygon, Base, and Arbitrum
- Admin dashboard for issuing and tracking tokenized assets on-chain
- Full Hardhat setup with test suite, deployment scripts, and documentation
Tech stack: Solidity · ERC-3643 · ERC-1400 · TypeScript · Hardhat · OpenZeppelin · Ethers.js
Every platform includes full source code, security-tested contracts, and 30 days post-launch support.
Message me before ordering to discuss your asset class and compliance requirements.

FAQ
What makes RWA tokenization different from regular token development?
RWA tokenization requires security token standards like ERC-3643 and ERC-1400 rather than standard ERC-20. These enforce transfer restrictions, whitelist requirements, and compliance rules at the contract level which standard tokens cannot do. Most Solidity developers do not know these standards.
Which programming language and framework do you use?
I write all smart contracts in Solidity using the Hardhat development framework with OpenZeppelin security libraries. Front-end dashboards are built in TypeScript with Ethers.js for blockchain interaction.
Which blockchain do you deploy on?
Primarily Ethereum for maximum institutional credibility. I also deploy on Polygon and Base for significantly lower gas costs. Arbitrum is available for Standard and Premium packages.
Which asset classes can you tokenize?
Real estate, private equity funds, commodities, government and corporate bonds, carbon credits, infrastructure assets, and intellectual property. If it has value and can be legally represented on-chain, I can build the tokenization system.
Do I get the source code?
Yes — every package includes 100% of the source code, deployment scripts, test suite, and documentation.
