Do I need to provide my own visuals or photos?
It's not mandatory, but strongly recommended. If you can send me a folder with your own photos, logo, or brand visuals, I'll use them to create content that truly reflects your business. If you don't have any available, I can still create posts using stock visuals or templates
Will I be able to review posts before they go live?
Yes. Every post is shared with you for approval before scheduling, so nothing goes live without your confirmation.
What if I need more posts than what's included in my package?
You can add extra posts as a paid extra, or upgrade to a higher package that includes more content.
Do you reply to comments and messages on my behalf?
This depends on your package. Basic engagement (a few times a week) is included in Boost, and daily engagement is included in Elevate. It's not included in Kickstart.
How far in advance do you plan and schedule content?
Content is typically planned and scheduled at least a week in advance, so everything stays organized and consistent.
Can I request changes to a post after it's published?
Revisions are only guaranteed before publishing. Once a post is live, changes may not always be possible depending on the platform.
Do you offer other services, like video editing or a single specific task?
Yes! If you need something specific that isn't listed in the packages (like editing a single video, a one-time post, or any custom request), feel free to message me directly and we'll figure out the best solution together.
What if I'm not satisfied with the content?
Your feedback matters !! that's exactly what revisions are for. Just let me know what you'd like adjusted, and I'll refine the content within the number of revisions included in your package.
What if I need to cancel after work has already started?
If content has already been created or work is in progress, that portion will still need to be paid for. I'll always try to find a fair solution with you based on how much has been completed.
Do you speak French?
Yes, I'm fully fluent in both French and English, so I can create content in either language depending on your audience.
