What molds can you source from China?
Injection molds, die-casting molds, stamping dies, compression molds, and blow molds. Share your 3D drawings, and I'll find qualified suppliers for your specific needs.
What info do you need to start?
3D drawings (STEP/IGES/STP), 2D drawings with tolerances, material specs, estimated annual volume, target budget, and desired lead time. More details = faster matching.
How do you qualify suppliers?
I check business licenses, export experience, equipment (CNC, EDM, CMM), past similar projects, and English communication. I recommend sample orders before full production.
How much do molds cost?
Simple prototype molds: $500–$2,000. Low-volume: $2,000–$5,000. Medium complexity: $5,000–$15,000. High-precision: $15,000–$50,000+. I get 2-4 quotes for you.
What's your pricing?
Three tiers: Basic (sourcing + quotes), Standard (+ sample coordination), Premium (+ production follow-up & pre-shipment check). All payments through Fiverr.
How long does it take?
Quotes: 3–7 days. Mold manufacturing: 20–45 days. Samples: 5–15 days after mold completion. Rush options may be available. I'll update you at every stage.
What if samples are bad?
I help diagnose issues (gating, cooling, etc.) and coordinate revisions. Minor fixes are usually included. Major design changes may cost extra. Start with a sample mold for complex parts.
Do you inspect molds or samples?
I can arrange remote mold trials (video/photo), sample measurement reports, or third-party inspection (extra cost). You get enough visibility to make informed decisions.
What about shipping?
Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples or small molds. Air freight for medium sizes. Sea freight for large/heavy tooling. I help coordinate, but you pay carrier directly.
