Please provide your data file(s), dashboard requirements, preferred KPIs/metrics, and any examples or references you would like me to follow. If you're unsure about the dashboard structure, I can recommend an approach based on your data.
Which data sources do you support?
I can work with Excel, CSV, SQL databases, Google Sheets, and other supported Power BI data sources. Please message me if you have a specific data source you'd like to connect.
I'm not technical — will I be able to use the dashboard?
Yes. I design dashboards to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. I'll use clear KPIs, filters, charts, and intuitive navigation so you can understand your data without advanced technical knowledge.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on the package and project complexity. Basic projects take up to 2 days, Standard up to 3 days, and Premium up to 5 days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, which I will confirm before starting.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2 revisions, and Premium includes 3 revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed.
Will the dashboard update automatically when my data changes?
Yes, where the selected data source and Power BI setup support scheduled or automatic refresh. I can configure the refresh process when included in your selected package. Please contact me to discuss your specific data source and refresh requirements.
Do you provide the Power BI source file (.pbix)?
Yes. The editable Power BI (.pbix) source file is included with the completed dashboard, unless otherwise agreed before the order.
What if my data is messy or unorganized?
That's okay. I can clean, transform, and organize your data using Power Query and prepare it for Power BI visualization and analysis. The level of data preparation depends on your selected package and the complexity of your data.
