About this Gig
Applying to a master's or PhD program in business, analytics, operations research, or engineering? I will edit your existing English personal statement or SOP while preserving your ideas, facts, and voice.
I am a Management PhD student at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, with a background in business, analytics, operations research, and engineering.
New to Fiverr: introductory pricing for my first five orders, with no review requirement.
All packages: grammar, punctuation, clarity edits, Word Track Changes and a clean copy.
Standard: up to 1,000 words, flow and structure comments, and prioritized feedback in English or Chinese.
Premium: Standard plus proofreading a 500-word CV and checking consistency between the two documents.
Provide your complete draft, official prompt, word limit, program details, and deadline. You remain the author and decide which suggestions to use.
Editing and guidance only: no ghostwriting, invented achievements, full rewrites, or admission guarantees. Your institution must permit outside editing. Message me first if you are unsure about scope.

FAQ
Will you write my statement from scratch?
No. You must provide a complete draft you wrote. I correct language and flag unclear or missing elements. You develop the ideas and write any new content. No ghostwriting, invented achievements, AI-detector evasion, or admission guarantees.
Which applicants are the best fit?
My strongest fit is business, management, analytics, operations research, and engineering applicants, especially for master's and PhD programs. Please message me about other fields first. I do not offer specialist medical or law admissions advice.
Can we communicate in Chinese?
Yes. We can discuss your draft and feedback in English or Chinese. The document must already be in English. Translating notes or a Chinese draft into a new English application is not included.
Are you an admissions officer or university representative?
No. I am a Management PhD student at UofT Rotman. This is an independent service, not an official university service. I do not represent an admissions committee and cannot guarantee admission.
What files will I receive?
An edited Word document with Track Changes and a clean copy. Basic includes brief notes; Standard and Premium include prioritized feedback. Please provide an editable DOCX, not a scan or locked PDF.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated request to clarify or adjust my edits within the original draft, prompt, word limit, and scope. New essays, programs, experiences, or substantially new drafts require a separate scope. Basic and Standard include one round; Premium includes two.
What exactly does Premium cover?
One statement up to 1,000 words plus one CV up to 500 words. I edit language and check consistency across the two. It does not cover a 1,500-word statement, multiple school versions, CV redesign, or writing new CV bullets.
How do you handle privacy and AI?
I personally review your document. I will not share it publicly, use it as a sample, or upload it to an external generative AI service without your explicit permission. You may remove identifying details before sharing. Fiverr's own data policies still apply.
What if my institution restricts outside editing?
Check your program's policy before ordering and share any restrictions. I only accept work within the permitted scope. You remain responsible for your facts, authorship, and final submission.
Are calls, major word cuts, or urgent delivery included?
No calls or rush delivery are included. I can suggest local cuts, but major restructuring or substantial word reduction needs scope confirmation first. Leave time before your deadline to review edits and request an included revision.
