As a life long performer, I have the story telling skills to bring your audiobook to life! With decades of experience working behind the scenes, I have the technical knowledge and experience required to produce your audiobook to meet the industry standard requirements.
The genres I have worked in include children's fantasy, true crime, medieval adventure, memoir, and spiritual literary analysis and have had very positive collaborations with the authors and publishers I have had the pleasure of working with!
Producing across genres requires me to work in many different styles. Some titles require a single voice to narrate throughout, why others require dozens of unique character voices and lots of accent work. I always work hard to provide my clients with the style and tone of narration they are looking for!

FAQ
What is "ACX" and what is "ACX Standard?"
ACX is the Amazon owned platform for uploading audiobooks to Audible. "ACX standard" is the list of requirements audio files must meet for an upload to be accepted by Audible, iTunes, and most other audiobook platforms as well.
What if I have a series of books I need narrated?
Not a problem! I have narrated a series before. If you wish to go title by title that is fine, or if you'd prefer to handle them all in as a single gig, please reach out and we can figure out scheduling and pricing!
Can I hear a sample before I commit to hiring you for the whole book?
Absolutely! I want both of us to be sure, not just that I'm the right person for the job, but that I'm heading in the direction you want me to! Samples are a great way to hone in on the tone and style you're looking for!
Can you do A British accent?
Sure thing! I have done a variety of British accents for different audiobooks. In fact, I've narrated an entire novel in a British accent!
How about a German Accent?

Are there accents or voices you can't or won't do?
Sure. There are limits to my vocal range (having a deep voice, my options for female characters are more limited, and voicing very young children is challenging). Other restrictions are usually based on issues of content straying into stereotype/racism/parody. It's a judgement call.
Are there subjects or genres you don't narrate?
I tend to avoid erotica and ultraviolent horror tales, as well as texts promoting or condemning any religion or political agenda.
What if my book quotes a real person, can you imitate their voice?
I do A LOT of vocal impressions/impersonations, so I'll give it my best shot. We should discuss it and I'll record a sample for you to hear how it sounds before you commit to hiring me.
How do you handle changes/revisions?
If I make a mistake, I will, of course, fix it. For projects I narrate, I include 1 additional revision for adjustments to tone and pacing. If you need to rewrite any portion of the text, the revision will be quoted on a case by case basis.
