I offer both developmental еdit and copy еdit for novels in the Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, Erotica and Literary genre. Dark Romance is welcome in all shades. I do sample and custom edits (Send me a message).
Developmental.
This is the first and most crucial stage of еditing. Developmental editing focuses on your storys big picture structure, pacing, and character arcs. It's ideal for writers seeking in-depth feedback before moving on to polish.
A developmental edit also comes with a written report highlighting strengths and weaknesses of your novel.
Copy.
This type of edіting focuses on the nitty gritty details of writing. My package combines traditional line and proofreading. This еdіt should take place in the late stages of editing when you are getting ready to be published or query an agent. This edit will focus on: Improving readability and flow of the manuscript. Think word choices, grammar, punctuation, typos and tone adjustment.
Note that I also offer short story еdіting which include both the above edits in one go at a discounted rate. Max word count I will accept for short story editing is 30k words.

Can I see a sample before committing to a full edit? How do I know what type of edit I need?
Yes, absolutely. I will do a free sample edit of up to a 1000 words for free. Make sure these 1000 words are from somewhere in the middle of your manuscript if you want me to evaluate what type of editing I think your manuscript is best suited for.
Do you format manuscripts for publishing (Kindle, print, etc.)?
I do not have a gig available for formatting at this moment, but if you message me directly with what you require I can make you a custom offer.
Do you offer rush delivery?
If I have availability I might be able to offer a rushed order. Please contact me to check.
Is there anything you won't edit?
The short answer is no, but if the manuscript is based heavily around cancer I might have to decline your request due to being a survivor myself.
What if I have written a book that is shorter than 90k?
Contact me and I am happy to make you an offer at 0.0019 P/W rounded up to the nearest 5 (Due to fiverr restrictions)
What's the difference between developmental editing and copy editing?
Developmental editing focuses on structure, pacing, character arcs, and plot coherence. Copy editing focuses on grammar, word choice, sentence clarity, flow and style
Will I recieve feedback or just in-text edits?
For developmental edits I include a detailed editorial report as well as in-line suggestions and track changes. For copy edits feedback is typically only provided via in-line comments and tracked changes.
What file formats do you accept?
I work with .doc and .docx (Microsoft Word) files using Track Changes for edits and comments. But will also accept PDF, but Track Changes will not be available if you provide a PDF.
