This cycle can lead to feelings of overwhelm and shame. I know because I've been there.
And I can help you find a system that works for YOU.
I have over 7 years of being a professional organizer and my area of expertise is ADHD and Chronic Disorganization (basically, the kind that keeps coming back ;) I'm also an ADHD Life coach. My approach is empathic, fun, and discrete. I never judge.
These sessions happen online - you're doing the heavy lifting but I'm there, guiding you every step of the way, pile by pile, shoe mountain by shoe mountain.
