About this Gig
Need a PDF table in Excel, or a messy spreadsheet fixed? I will give you a clean, accurate file you can sort, filter and use right away.
What I do
PDF to Excel: tables from reports, statements and invoices into editable Excel or CSV, with real numbers and dates
Clean data: remove duplicates and blank rows, trim spaces, fix capitalisation
Standardise dates, numbers and currency into proper formats
Split or merge columns, sheets and CSV files
Convert between XLSX, CSV and Google Sheets
Format: styled headers, frozen top row, filters, totals, optional pivot summary
How I work
Every order goes through quality checks: totals and row counts matched to your source, duplicate and format checks, and a final line-by-line review. I use Excel, Power Query and scripts, and may use AI assistants for repetitive steps. If you prefer no AI tools, tell me before ordering and I will confirm my workflow.
You get
The finished file in your chosen format
A short change log of what was fixed

FAQ
Which package do I need?
Count your rows or PDF pages and pick the package that covers them. If you're not sure, send me a sample and I will tell you.
Can you convert scanned PDFs?
Text-based PDFs, where you can select the text, are covered by the packages. Scanned or photographed pages need extra work and checking, so I will send a custom offer after seeing a sample.
Do you use AI tools?
Sometimes. I use Excel, Power Query, scripts and sometimes AI assistants for repetitive steps, and I check every file against your source before delivery. If you need a no-AI workflow, tell me before ordering and I will confirm how I will do it.
Which file types do you accept?
PDF, XLSX, XLS, CSV and Google Sheets (share a link through Fiverr messages). I can deliver XLSX, CSV or Google Sheets.
Will you change my data?
Only its format and consistency. Anything I'm unsure about, such as possible duplicates or unreadable values, is flagged in the change log so you decide.
Can I send files with data in other languages?
Yes. I can clean and convert spreadsheets in any language, including non-English text, names and special characters. I keep the original wording and encoding intact. Send me a sample if you're unsure.
